We are excited to present our annual fall Senior Citizens Banquet on Thursday, November 12. All senior citizens of the Lowell area are invited to enjoy a warm, home-cooked Thanksgiving dinner, to-go. Meals include turkey and all the delicious trimmings.
“The annual Senior Citizens Banquet is one of the highlights of my year,” said Pastor Chuck Hochmuth. “I am deeply saddened that my senior friends will not be able to enjoy the social aspect of the banquet. However, we will be providing the same quality meal as we have done for more than 50 years for this banquet. Just make sure to call the church office to make a reservation! We don’t want to leave anyone out!”
Due to COVID-19 concerns and out of an abundance of care for each guest, this year’s banquet will be a drive thru event. Take home meals will be prepared, packaged, and distributed on November 12, with special care and cleanliness. Pick up begins at noon (12pm). Please watch the church website for more pick up information.
Dinner reservations are required and must be received by noon (12pm) on Friday, November 6. To make your FREE reservation, call the church office at 219-696-7591 or visit the church’s website (lcoc-online.org). Space is limited so call today. A donation box will be available on pick up day for anyone wishing to give and help offset the cost of the meal.
